Although CEDA already maintained a strong digital presence, the company recognized the need to elevate its online marketing strategy to effectively connect with potential candidates. MeDM was brought on to help translate CEDA’s employer value proposition into a digital campaign that would stand out in a competitive labor market and reach talent through compelling creative and strategic media placement.

Solution

MeDM began by leveraging CEDA’s existing content on its Mobile Workforce program to build a series of digital ads focused on recruitment storytelling. The team developed creative concepts, storyboards, and animated assets that captured the energy and professionalism of CEDA’s brand. This included vectorizing and animating the company’s logo, producing static and motion ad variations, and refining visuals through advanced image editing and design.

The final campaign was executed through Google’s Display Network, supported by remarketing strategies to maximize reach and engagement among target audiences. Throughout the process, MeDM maintained a strong focus on technical precision and brand alignment, ensuring that every design and animation reinforced CEDA’s reputation for innovation and reliability.

Result

The campaign produced impressive results within its first two months, generating over 800,000 impressions and driving a significant increase in traffic to CEDA’s career page.
